I had one of the better rooms, facing the courtyard where many youngsters gathered night after night to chat and laugh very loudly until at least midnight. The room was equipped with typical 4-star amenities like a clean toilet, TV, and fridge. However, the noisy gatherings outside could be disruptive late in the evening. The service was mostly friendly, but there were occasions where it felt a bit opportunistic. The hotel's location was decent, with local shops and restaurants nearby, but it was a bit far from the center of Milan. The dining experience was a mix; while the breakfast was complete, other dining options were limited. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
